Description
Taken from a banner seen at an early Flux of Pink Indians gig. Punk consumers, punk collectors, punk peacocks, punk that has nothing to do with thinking for yourself. Fashion, the apex of civilisation’s obscenity and punk fashion is/was no better. No matter if it’s h/c, crusty, SxE, pop, grunge or whatever the blind conformity the uncritical donning of subcultural clothes and rules keeps us all in line.
