Sadly, we can’t currently post to mainland Europe, due to stupid brexit. We’re really sorry đ We’ll keep an eye on the situation but disproportionate customs charges seem fairly unpredictable atm.
Postage:
Our postage calculator isnât always 100% accurate so bear with us, and where if itâs really off we will refund you the difference!
Mail does sometimes go missing on its way to customers, there is not much we can do about it but we also canât afford to resend things â we arenât a big corporation, and we keep our mark ups low to keep prices low! We can’t refund or replace missing orders. BUt do get in touch with us if you haven’t received your parcel, and we can figure things out on a case by case basis.
And if you would like more assurance, you can pay an extra ÂŁ1.50 (in the UK only) for Recorded Signed For. This gives the following benefits:
- Proof of posting
- Signature on delivery
- Online confirmation of delivery
If it’s sent this way but your order still goes missing in the post, we will replace or refund it as hopefully the original package will be returned to us eventually.

Tracking is not usually possible when sending by normal royal mail.
